Refund Requests - Awaiting Return

An overview of how to create a Refund request in the Awaiting Return state

Overview

As a seller, you can create refund requests in 1 of 3 states:

  1. Refund Accepted: Other than final approval, no further workflow steps required.
  2. Awaiting Return: Seller has to accept the returned items before final approval.
  3. Pending Approval: 1 or 2 more steps may be required before final approval.

In this video we focus on workflow 2. (Awaiting Return) but discuss the other flows for context, we then move on to a practical example of using the refundRequestCreate mutation to create a refund request in this state.
